The Haven - registration request

The Haven - registration request

Meals and accommodations at The Haven


The Haven has a range of comfortable accommodations and our packages include three buffet-style meals per day. Please view information about our meal and accommodation packages and indicate your preferences below.

We offer an inclusive environment and welcome people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. The comfort and safety of all guests is important to us.

Dorms are designed to be shared by up to six people, and have shared bathrooms with private shower and toilet stalls. Basic and ForestView rooms are designed to be shared by two or three people, with beds in the same room and a shared bathroom.

A Basic or ForestView room may also be booked as a private room. Most OceanView rooms are designed to be private accommodations but a few are suitable to share with a roommate.

We will make every effort to meet your needs but cannot guarantee specific rooms.

Shared or private

The Thunderbird dormitory is available for participants registered in a program at The Haven - dorms are generally not available for other guests, conferences or events. From July to mid-August, the dormitory is reserved for our Youth Programs. Each dorm pod accommodates up to 6 people, and each 6-person pod has its own washroom. Bunks are single over single, with extra-long mattresses.

Basic and ForestView rooms are designed to be shared by two or three people, with beds in the same room and a shared bathroom.

Ocean View accommodation is available on a private basis only, unless you and another person both request Ocean View accommodation and you both request each other as a roommate.

If you choose shared accommodations and would like us to find a roommate for you, we assign rooms as men only, women only, or gender neutral. If you would like assistance in choosing shared accommodations that meet your needs contact us at register@haven.ca or 1 800 222 9211 x1.

If you are attending the program with another participant, or will be accompanied by family or holiday guest(s), and would like to share accommodations please provide the first and last names of those persons in the box above. If children under the age of 19 will share this room please provide their ages.

The Haven - authorization for payment

Payments are processed through a secure integration with PayPal.

If you register more than 30 days in advance of the program start date, you can pay in full or secure your registration with a 25% deposit:

  • Kids in the Spotlight: $325
  • Teens Alive: $230

The non-refundable deposit is required before we can confirm your registration. Full payment of tuition is due 30 days prior to the program start date. If you register within 30 days of the program start date, full tuition payment is due upon registration. Early bird pricing is available for most programs if the tuition is paid in full at least 30 days prior to the program start date.
